Your 14-day right to change your mind

If you're a consumer in Norway, the EU or the UK, you can cancel most purchases within14 days of receiving them, no reason needed. This is your statutory right of withdrawal (angrerett).

How to do it

Email [support@nuroquirk.com, bekreft reell innboks] within 14 days of delivery and tell us you're withdrawing. You can use the standard withdrawal form (we'll send it on request). Then send the item back within 14 days of telling us.

Refunds

We refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back (or proof you've sent it), to your original payment method. The item should come back in essentially the same condition, you may handle it as you would in a shop, but not use it beyond that.

Return shipping

Unless an item is faulty, you cover the cost of return shipping. We'll always tell you the return address clearly when you start a return.

The one honest exception: hygiene items

Sealed items that aren't suitable to return for health/hygiene reasons, earplugs and other in-ear products are the obvious example, lose the right of withdrawal once unsealed. If the seal is intact, you can still return them. We flag this clearly on those product pages so there are no surprises.

Digital downloads

For digital products (like our planners), you'll be asked to agree that delivery starts immediately, so the 14-day withdrawal right is waived once the download begins. That's standard for digital content. If a file is faulty or you can't open it, email us and we'll fix it or refund you.

Faulty or wrong items

None of the above limits your rights if something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described , there, we cover return costs and sort out a replacement or refund. Just email us.
