Where we ship

We currently ship within the EU and UK. If your country isn't offered at checkout, it's not available yet, email [support@nuroquirk.com, bekreft reell innboks] and we'll tell you honestly whether it's coming.

How long it takes

Each product page shows its own estimate. Most items ship from EU/UK stock and arrive within roughly 2–4 working days after dispatch. We fulfil orders by hand, so if anything will take longer, we'll tell you, we'd rather be honest than optimistic.

Costs and customs

Shipping cost (if any) is shown before you pay. For deliveries within the EU/UK from local stock you shouldn't face extra customs charges; if an order ever ships from outside your customs area, we'll make that clear on the product page first.

If something goes wrong

Lost or delayed parcels happen. If your order hasn't arrived in a reasonable time, contact us and we'll chase it, replace it, or refund you. See also yourright of withdrawal.
